While the 2008-2009 NHL regular season has come to an end, a series of off-season events will take place this summer that are sure to keep a fan interested until the drop of the puck again in the fall. The first event to take place on the off-season calader is the NHL Draft. For those of you who patroning the 2009 NHL Entry Draft this upcoming weekend in Montreal, I will be representing The Sauce at several events in and around the city itself, and would love to meet up with you at some point.
On Friday night, I will be at the Bell Centre watching the future of the game find their new homes. I will be sporting the Stu Barnes Jersey you see to the left, so if you happen to see me walking around, flag me down, introduce yourself, and there’s a pretty good chance I’ll share a pint with you.

On Saturday afternoon, I will join a large group of Twitter friends for the NHL Tweetup at Ye Olde Orchard in the city of Montreal. If you’re on Twitter and haven’t heard about this event, head over to the NHL Tweetup website and get your name on the list. You shouldn’t miss me as I’ll be wearing my customized jersey for the afternoon and evening. Same rules apply: flag me down at any point and I’ll be sure to throw one back with you. We’ll banter about everything hockey.
