Playing off the article I put together the other day that dealt with balancing your fantasy hockey team, I think it would only be appropriate to discuss fantasy hockey tandems that could benefit your fantasy hockey team.
I mentioned that having 2 players from the same team on your fantasy squad is an ideal number, and if it were possible, having a premier tandem could help win fantasy championships. What is a tandem you ask? It’s two players that usually feed off of one another on the ice and produce as a duo throughout the season whether it be shorthanded or on the power play. While some of the players on this list are split up on the ice, having both players on your team would certainly be beneficial to your squad, especially if you’re dealing with the high end tandems.
I have broken the tandems down into 3 tiers. If you’re looking to make a late season move, consider matching your premier player with their dynamic duo:
