Per Sabres.com, Tim Connolly will be out indefinitely with a hairline fracture to a vertebra.

Fantasy Impact:
No surprise here. Connolly, who could easily hit the 70 point mark when healthy, will miss significant time once again this season. This should keep Jochen Hecht locked in at center until Paul Gaustad can return from his injury. Hecht was already a solid option for helpers but could be spending more time on the power play because of Connolly’s injury.
